I am a postdoctoral fellow with the TRAPS laboratory at the Washington University School of Medicine, being mentored by Dr. Burel Goodin. I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at The University of Tulsa in Summer 2023, and my clinical internship was at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. The overarching focus of my research program is to examine biopsychosocial determinants of chronic pain and associated substance use issues with a particular emphasis on women’s health. Currently, I am examining the impact of stigma surrounding migraine on disease and disability outcomes, as well as buprenorphine retention in maternal opioid use disorder.
